About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. This role manages coordination between owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver high-end hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects in fast-paced, operational environments. The Project Manager serves as the primary client-facing representative, driving clear communication, disciplined execution, and successful project outcomes while upholding Revive Interior Construction’s standards of craftsmanship, trust, and accountability.
Requirements
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong background in interior renovations and build-outs
Hospitality, restaurant, retail, and lifestyle projects highly preferred
Experience managing projects in active or operational environments a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership
Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
Coordinate drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Procure, scope, and manage subcontractors and vendors
Lead client, architect, and consultant coordination meetings
Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Oversee inspections, punchlists, turnover, and closeout documentation
Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients and leadership
Qualifications
Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
Experience with both cost-plus and lump sum contracts
Financially disciplined with strong cost control skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions focused
Proficient with standard project management and scheduling tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead teams, set expectations, and drive accountability
Collaborative mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
